Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, this page explains how returns and refunds work.

Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items

We use reliable couriers, but occasionally damage can occur in transit.

On delivery

If the outer packaging looks damaged when your order arrives:

  • Please take a photograph before opening
  • Where possible, note the damage with the delivery driver or refuse the delivery

After opening

If your item is damaged, faulty or missing, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the damage (where applicable)

Unfortunately, we may not be able to resolve issues reported after this timeframe.

We will then advise you on the next steps, which may include a replacement, repair or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Returns – Changed Your Mind

We understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item.

Your rights

You have the right to cancel and return standard (non-custom) items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To do this:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Made-to-measure curtain tracks
  • Curtain poles cut to size or customised

How to Start a Return

All returns must be authorised before being sent back.

To request a return, please contact us:

Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

We will then provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Returning Your Goods

When returning items:

  • Goods must be unused and in a fully resalable condition
  • Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging with all labels intact
  • You must include your order reference

You are responsible for the goods until they reach us, so please ensure they are packaged securely.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Return Costs

You are responsible for return postage costs unless:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item is incorrect

In some cases, we may be able to arrange a collection using our courier. This may be subject to a charge.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 days

Please note:

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)

Deductions from Refunds

If items are returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale, we may reduce or refuse your refund.

This may include:

  • Signs of use or installation
  • Scratches, marks or damage
  • Missing packaging or components

Important Notes

  • Please check your order carefully on arrival
  • Do not install products before checking they are suitable
  • We recommend keeping all packaging until you are satisfied with your order
