Delivery Process

Delivery Times

Deliveries can take place at any time between 8am and 6pm.

Unfortunately, we are not provided with a delivery time slot by the courier, so we are unable to advise what time your order will arrive. Where available, the courier may provide tracking updates or additional delivery information directly to you.

Delivery Attempts

Our orders are delivered by third-party couriers. Delivery procedures may vary depending on the courier, the delivery service used and the circumstances at the delivery address.

If no one is available to receive your order, the courier may:

  • attempt to leave the parcel in a suitable location at the delivery address;
  • leave the parcel with a neighbour where appropriate;
  • leave or send details of the attempted delivery;
  • make a further delivery attempt; or
  • direct the parcel to a collection point or depot.

Some of our delivery services do not require a signature. Where appropriate, the courier may therefore complete delivery without obtaining a signature.

If delivery cannot be completed after one or more attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Where goods are returned to us following an unsuccessful delivery, additional charges may apply if you ask us to re-send the order. We will advise you of any applicable charges before arranging re-delivery.

Safe Place & Unattended Deliveries

You may be able to provide delivery instructions, including a preferred safe place, either when placing your order or through the courier's delivery service.

Please note that providing a safe-place instruction does not guarantee that the courier will be able to follow it. The courier will take account of the circumstances at the delivery address when deciding whether and where a parcel can reasonably be left.

Depending on the delivery service and circumstances, a courier may also leave an order in a suitable location at the delivery address where no specific safe-place instruction has been provided.

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate with the courier.

Nothing in this delivery policy affects your statutory rights.

Incorrect Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect address is supplied and we are notified after dispatch, we will make reasonable efforts to update or redirect the delivery with the courier.

However:

  • Changes are not always possible once goods are in transit
  • Delays may occur
  • Additional charges may apply

Where charges apply, we will pass on the courier costs and confirm these with you before proceeding.

Providing Correct Information

You are responsible for ensuring your delivery details are correct and complete.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Split Deliveries

Some orders may be despatched in two or more parcels, particularly where they contain long items, curtain poles, tracks or accessories that need to be packed separately.

Although the parcels may be despatched at the same time, the courier may process and deliver them separately. This means you may receive part of your order on one day and the remaining parcel(s) later the same day or on a following working day.

If you receive only part of your order, please check your tracking information where available, as the remaining parcel(s) may still be in transit.

On Delivery

We recommend that you:

  • Check your order as soon as possible after delivery
  • Inspect the packaging for any visible damage

If the packaging appears damaged, please take photographs and notify the courier where possible.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Details of the issue
  • Photographs where possible

We may not be able to resolve issues reported after this timeframe.

Important Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays caused by couriers or events outside our control are not our responsibility
  • We strongly recommend not booking installers or tradespeople until your order has arrived and been checked
