Corded curtain tracks allow you to draw your curtains without handling them. They are ideal for high ceilings and heavier curtains. Using the cord to open and close your curtains makes the task effortless.
Why choose a corded curtain track?
A corded track allows you to open and close your curtains without repeatedly handling the fabric. This can be particularly useful for tall windows, heavier curtains and delicate fabrics where you want to minimise handling.
What length of track do I need?
Before choosing a corded curtain track, the first thing to do is measure your window. To help with this, we’ve created a handy guide on how to measure your window.
Choosing the right material
The majority of our corded curtain tracks are metal (aluminium). These are of a stronger construction than plastic and allow for heavier curtains to be hung.
How do corded curtain tracks work?
All of our corded tracks are operated by pulling a cord, which moves gliders along the track. Curtains are attached to the gliders with curtain hooks, so the curtains move effortlessly along the track – no more pulling or tugging at the curtains!
