The Speedy 28mm Stud 2-Sided Bay Window Curtain Pole in Antique Brass is a stylish, space-efficient solution for bay windows that require a discreet finial design. Featuring compact stud finials and a warm antique brass finish, this pole adds a traditional touch while offering reliable performance with its sturdy 28mm diameter.

Designed specifically for angled bay windows, this kit allows you to hang medium-weight, pleated curtains with ease—offering smooth movement around bends using passing rings and brackets.

This curtain pole is not suitable for use with eyelet curtains. We recommend using pleated curtains with curtain hooks only.

The bendable joint can be shaped by hand to match the angle of your bay. For correct fitting, ensure the serrated side is facing you while bending—once bent, the joint cannot be reshaped. The joint allows curtain rings to pass through seamlessly, creating a continuous flow across both sides of the bay.

All pole sections must be cut to size using a fine-tooth hacksaw. In kits with three poles, two are connected using the provided internal joiner. Brackets can be wall fixed, and the included C-shaped rings are designed to pass smoothly over them when used with pleated curtain headings. To ensure correct ring positioning, place your curtain hooks at the top of the heading tape.

Important: This bay window curtain pole is not suitable for eyelet curtains and should not be installed on tall windows where the rings cannot be comfortably guided around the bends. Excessive downward pressure on the rings can increase friction against the pole and brackets, resulting in reduced curtain glide and more difficult operation.
