The majority of our orders are despatched same working day when order before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm will be despatched next working day. If we are unable to get your order despatched within this timeframe, we will contact you by email or telephone, giving you the option to order an alternative product or cancel your order.
All orders must be signed for upon receiving delivery. If you are not in, our courier will leave a contact card and attempt a 2nd delivery, usually on the following working day.
Please note if you believe that your order has been delivered in poor condition, do not sign for it and return it to the sender with the driver.
Should there be any missing components or the product is damaged within the packaging, you must inform us withing 48 hours. Unfortunately, claims for missing items or damages cannot be considered after this time.
At Curtain Pole Store we really hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that this might not always be the case. Should you wish to return your items, you may do so, as long as they are unused and in a resalable, as-new condition within the original packaging.
If a full refund, including the original delivery costs is required, we need to be informed within fourteen (14) days after the receipt of the order that you wish to return it. The order must be then returned to us within fourteen (14) days after we have been informed of the cancellation, however you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. When we have received your returned items and checked them, if a return is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the original order back to us.
Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
If you would prefer for us to arrange the collection and use our carriers there will be a charge of £20 per order (this is non-negotiable). This does not include Speedy branded goods, which cannot be collected by our couriers.
