The Speedy Sphere 28mm 5 sided bay window wall fixed curtain pole in black is ideal for larger bay window spaces where brackets need to be securely fitted to the wall. Featuring elegant round sphere finials, this curtain pole adds a bold and sophisticated statement to any room.

Supplied complete with Sphere finials, nylon lined passing rings, wall pass-over brackets and single corner joints, this black metal bay curtain pole combines style with smooth functionality, creating a seamless and elegant window finish.

The passing rings are nylon lined to ensure a quiet and effortless glide along the pole. Each ring has a small cut-out section, allowing it to pass over the wall brackets so your curtains can be fully opened, maximising natural light in your room. For the passing rings to function correctly, curtains should have plenty of tightly gathered fabric in the heading. The top pocket of the curtain heading tape must be used so the top of the curtain sits just beneath the rings. Curtains with insufficient gather may cause the rings to catch when passing over the brackets.

The wall brackets supplied (7) are fixed in position and provide secure support across the bay window. We recommend using light to medium weight curtains to ensure smooth operation and long-lasting performance.

To suit the unique dimensions of your bay window, the poles can be easily cut to size using a small fine-tooth saw. The single corner joints allow the rings to glide smoothly around angles of up to 60 degrees, making this Speedy Sphere bay window pole suitable for most standard 5 sided bay window configurations.

Important: Not suitable for eyelet curtains and not suitable for tall windows. This bay window pole must not be fitted at a height so high that you are unable to glide the rings across the pole. If the pole is fitted too high, you will end up putting downward force on the rings, which in turn will cause friction against the pole and brackets. This will make it very difficult to open and close the curtains.
