For all made-to-measure curtain tracks, we offer the option to have your track delivered in one continuous length or in two equal parts joined by a connecting bridge.

Tracks up to 6 metres in length will be supplied in one piece as standard wherever possible. However, depending on your property layout, access restrictions (e.g. narrow staircases, tight hallways), or handling preferences, you may wish to request that the track be supplied in two pieces.

If you select "Two Pieces with Connector":

• Your track will be delivered in two equal parts, with a central connection point.
• A connecting bridge will be included to join the two sections during installation.
• Please note: the join consists of two cut ends butted together. There is no cover plate, so the join will be visible from beneath on some track models.
• While the join is structurally secure, gliders may make a slight "click" when passing over it.

Glider Compatibility Note:
If you're choosing the two-piece option and gliders are part of your order, we highly recommend selecting roller gliders (where available). Their wheeled design allows them to pass over the join more smoothly compared to standard sliding gliders.

Even Pair Stack

An even pair stack means the curtains open from the centre and stack evenly to both the left and right sides of the track. This is the most common configuration and is ideal for symmetrical window treatments or when the track is centred on the window.

Single Stack Left

With a single stack left configuration, the curtain opens from the right and gathers fully to the left side of the track when drawn open. This is a great option if there is limited space on one side of the window or if the curtain needs to clear a door or obstruction on the right.

Single Stack Right

A single stack right setup means the curtain opens from the left and stacks entirely to the right. This configuration is useful when space is limited on the left-hand side or when you want the curtain to sit neatly against a wall or recess on the right.

Optional brakes and carriers are available to improve curtain control and operation.

Curtain Brakes – fitted within the track to prevent the curtain from travelling too far, helping to keep the curtain neatly positioned when opened or closed.

Draw Rod Carriers – allow curtains to be operated using a draw rod rather than handling the fabric directly, helping to protect delicate fabrics and keep curtains cleaner. Draw rods are to be purchased seperately.
