The Rolls Neo 19mm pass over bracket in spun brass is used to hold 19mm poles and also ideal for use with passing rings. The purpose of this bracket is to allow the free movement of passing rings across the bracket. Used with the Rolls 19mm Neo cylinder brackets.
This passover bracket is best used either within a bay window or for a long curtain pole to which you will use passing rings. We would not recommend using just pass over brackets for a straight pole or within a bay window. The bracket has a fixed length of 73mm.
