What about the finials then? The finials in this range are varied, but all perfectly formed. The ball finial is versatile, whilst the floral ball is delicate and delightful, working well with plain fabrics. The cone finial is simple and stylish, whilst the ribbed ball is a classic whose design will last the length of time.
The brackets come in two parts. First there is the backplate which is secured to the wall, then the wooden bracket screws onto the backplate to conceal the fixings, ready to take the weight of the pole.
Lengths that are 300cm and over come in 2 pieces and with 3 brackets. They are also supplied with a double ended joining piece that screws into each pole to hold them together.
The Modern Country range of wooden curtain poles are suitable for all weights of curtain, however if you feel that your curtains are particularly heavy, we would recommend the 55mm diameter option.
All poles in this Modern Country wooden range can be cut to size with a hacksaw.
